Hire underfloor heating for your marquee or outdoor event space

We have made it very straightforward to hire our underfloor heating for your event space. Our step-by-step guidelines show just how easy it is.

Once you've got the date of your event and, if possible, the size of the floor space or marquee, just get in touch and we can provide a quote for the date and hire period you require.

Get in touch by email to tell us about your requirements. If you can let us have as much information as possible: e.g. the event date, event type, size and location.

Site visit

We will make a mutually convenient date for us to visit your event location and assess what equipment will be required and make sure that access for our vehicles is available.

Quote

The quoted fee will include specified equipment and all our services which includes delivery, set up, operating instructions and removal. We can also provide and include a quote for any ongoing maintenance fees which could be required for longer term hire periods, e.g. weeks or months.

Delivery

The underfloor heating is delivered in good time for you to organise the setting up and decorating of the event space or marquee. We unload our equipment and materials with minimal ground disturbance and the least inconvenience to our customers and their neighbours.

Installation

Installing the underfloor heating is done by our super-professional team. All of whom are able to answer your questions about the operation and maintenance of the heating system that we have fitted.

Dismantling and removal

Our team will return to dismantle and remove your temporary underfloor heating at the end of the event or contracted period. There is no extra fee for this as removal is included in the quote.
